Event Description

Taking care of yourself is so important and meditation is a powerful tool for relieving stress and improving well-being. Join Janie van Essen, of Blue Owl Mindfulness, for free meditation and mindfulness groups. These groups meet virtually every Wednesday, 1-2 p.m. or 8-9 p.m. New participants are welcome to join anytime.

Meditators have shared that participating in this group and ‘sitting’ together builds belonging.
