Those living with a new cancer diagnosis, those who are in survivorship and those who require palliation.
Your Oncology Nurse Navigator is a Registered Nurse (RN) who will collaborate with you, the patient, to ensure you are supported in your cancer diagnosis and will provide guidance and support in the navigation of the health care system. The Nurse Navigator also acts as a liaison between you and your physician to ensure timely communication of concerns occurs.
If you are a rostered patient and in need of mental health/counselling supports please speak to your health care provider about a referral, or you may request this service on your own by calling in to the clinic.
