Are you aging well or would you like to learn more about optimal aging practices? Join us for a six week educational series focused on the physical, mental/cognitive, emotional and social aspects of healthy aging.  Guest speakers include: Dr Alexandra Peel/Geriatrician, speakers from Osteoporosis Canada, Alzheimer’s Society, Huron OPP, Pharmacist, Dietitian, Financial Services, Hearing, Vision and more.

Healthy Aging is a 6 week program supported by Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians at different times throughout the year, covering a wide range of topics, focussed on living healthy and aging well. These topics include vision, hearing, online security, fall prevention, osteoporosis & nutrition.
Healthy Aging has been running in Listowel for several years now, with a spring session in 2023 being our first since COVID. It is now being started at our Wingham location as well, with sessions occurring at both Listowel & Wingham locations in fall of 2023.

How do I join?

If you are a rostered patient and in need of mental health/counselling supports please speak to your health care provider about a referral, or you may request this service on your own by calling in to the clinic.
