Rostered patients with concern about their memory
The goal of the Memory Clinic is to help people living with memory difficulties maintain independent living and the best quality of life as possible. Our team works with your family physician and community agencies to provide a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis (where applicable) and care plan for ongoing support for patients and their family members.
If you are a rostered patient and in need of mental health/counselling supports please speak to your health care provider about a referral, or you may request this service on your own by calling in to the clinic.
