Rostered patients who need 15- and 18-month check-ups
Fifteen and Eighteen months are important times in your child’s development as many milestones are being reached. At these extended check-ups, you will discuss your child’s physical, mental and social development with a Registered Nurse (RN) to address concerns, get caught up on immunizations, or learn about community supports and services.
