Located in Northern Perth and Huron Counties in Southwestern Ontario, the Listowel-Wingham and Area Family Health Team is a progressive team of health professionals with an integrated approach to healthcare.
We are currently seeking a Registered Practical Nurse, five days (37.5 hours) a week, working in both our Wingham and Listowel locations. This contract position will be part of a team that is funded through the “Interprofessional Care Team Funding”, the purpose of which is to provide access to primary care for residents of our area who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
