Description

Are you aging well, or would you like to learn more about optimal aging practices? Join us for a four-week educational series focused on the physical, mental/cognitive, emotional and social aspects of healthy aging.  Guest speakers have included: Dr Alexandrea Peel/Geriatrician, speakers from Osteoporosis Canada, Alzheimer’s Society, Huron OPP, Pharmacist, Dietitian, Financial Services, Hearing, Vision, Registered Nurses, Social Worker, Registered Dietitians and more.

This 4-week program offered at different times throughout the year, covering a wide range of topics, focused on living healthy and aging well. These topics include vision, hearing, online security, fall prevention, osteoporosis & nutrition.

In the fall of 2025, LWAFHT Healthy Aging Program will be holding it’s next sessions!
