Our Oncology Nurse Navigator is a Registered Nurse (RN) who will collaborate with you, to ensure you are supported in your cancer diagnosis and will provide guidance and support in the navigation of the health care system. The Nurse Navigator also acts as a liaison between you and your physician to ensure timely communication of concerns occurs.
There are many preventative care screening that can be completed through the Family Health Team. Screening options include, cervical screening with HPV testing, breast, colon, prostate, bone density and STI.
