Our lactation trained Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner can help with your breastfeeding struggles, concerns or questions.

Registered Dietitians (RDs) in Ontario are uniquely trained food and nutrition experts. They are the recognized experts in translating scientific, medical and nutrition information into practical information and helping individuals, their families and communities access nutrition for health.

This program focuses on your struggle with unhealthy eating habits. Various tools are discussed to assists you with changing these habits and behaviours.

Geriatric patients and/or their family and caregivers are supported in achieving their health care goals, or navigating the health care system to access program and services they would benefit from.

Our pharmacists will work with you to help you control your breathing conditions. This program includes a breathing test and strategies to help stabilize your breathing.

Our Memory Clinic team works together with your family doctor to provide a comprehensive memory assessment, plan and ongoing compassionate memory care close to home.

Nurse Practitioners provide accessible, comprehensive, holistic care to patients of all ages. NPs improve care through health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.

Travel Immunizations & Seasonal Influenza Administration. During the pre-travel consultation, patients will meet with our pharmacist to assess individual risk to determine if any vaccines, travel medicine, or other personal risk reduction strategies are suggested to lower the risk of acquiring any infectious diseases that may be present at the travel destination.

Our Nurse Practitioners provide same day appointments for quick access to address time-sensitive concerns.

Our Registered Nurses will take time with you to address any health and wellness issues that you are experiencing, and ensure that breast and cervical cancer screenings are up-to-date.
