Description
Your Oncology Nurse Navigator is a Registered Nurse (RN) who will collaborate with you, the patient, to ensure you are supported in your cancer diagnosis and will provide guidance and support in the navigation of the health care system. The Nurse Navigator also acts as a liaison between you and you physician to ensure timely communication of concerns occurs.
